Eastbourne Cycles has direct relationships with Bosch, Shimano and Yamaha importers — which means access to the diagnostic tools, firmware updates and genuine parts that most independent workshops simply don't have. Warranty work undertaken on all brands of bike, regardless of where it was purchased.
Bosch
All Bosch systems serviced and diagnosed, including the latest Smart System. Dealer-level plug-in diagnostics identify the fault accurately. Where diagnostics alone aren't sufficient, diagnostic spare parts allow us to isolate the issue to a specific component. Direct contact with Bosch ensures swift resolution and genuine replacement parts where needed.
Shimano
Full servicing and diagnostics for all Shimano Steps systems, including EP6 and EP8. The same dealer-level approach applies — plug-in diagnostics first, diagnostic spares where needed, and direct contact with Shimano for parts and resolution.
Yamaha
Servicing and diagnostics for all Yamaha-powered bikes, including PWX and PW-X3 systems. Dealer-level plug-in diagnostics, diagnostic spare parts, and direct contact with the Yamaha distributor for accurate, swift repairs.
